Our booking conditions

• After your booking request via our online form we ensure you to confirm it by email.

• We require a deposit of 30% for stays longer than 3 nights or first night for stays of 3 nights or less. Payable by Paypal or bank transfer (contact us for bank details).

The deposit is paid after acknowledgment and acceptance of all clauses of this contract, including the booking and cancellation conditions presented here.

Our cancellation conditions

We would like to inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the defaulting contractor, an indemnity fixed in the following way : 

• Up to 10 days before the arrival date : free

• From 10 to 0 days before the arrival date : the deposit of 30% will be kept

• If the client does not show up on the expected day of arrival : the deposit of 30% will be kept
